Mieke Wright, Operations Associate

Mieke Wright was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. In 2020, she started a small business, an experience that deeply shaped her approach to client relationships and sparked a lasting passion for finance. Building her business taught her the importance of trust, clear communication, and understanding each client’s unique goals—values that continue to guide her professional work today. Inspired by this hands on experience, Mieke pursued her education at the University of Oregon, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mieke currently serves as an Operations Associate, where she ensures smooth internal processes with thoughtfulness, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Mieke enjoys painting, spending time with her dog Maggie, and cooking new recipes with friends.
