Our Fiduciary Responsibility
You deserve a relationship that puts you first, and as a Registered Investment Advisor, we are legally bound to act in your best interest at all times.
Not every advisor is held to this strict fiduciary standard. Registered representatives who work for a broker-dealer only need to meet a suitability standard, meaning that in considering your life stage, financial goals, and comfort level with risk, they must offer you an investment product that meets your needs.
What we offer is not just an investment product that checks the box of fitting your basic needs, but is the best piece of financial advice we could offer–even if that means we earn less from it, or don’t earn a fee at all. We may, and often do, make recommendations that run counter to our compensation, and we take that stewardship very seriously.
